LandTech Consultants, Inc. has been awarded a Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract to provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Services and Digital Surveying Services.
This contract enables eligible Texas organizations—including state agencies, higher education institutions, K–12 school districts, local governments, assistance organizations, and public hospitals—to procure qualified geospatial services through a streamlined, compliant purchasing process.

Indoor Mapping Starter Package
CAD/BIM conversion, Indoors-compliant geodatabase setup, Indoor Viewer or Space Planner configuration, QA/QC, and end-user training.
Digital Twin Foundation Package
Reality capture, point cloud processing, BIM modeling, GIS integration strategy, and prototype delivery with documentation.
